3-15-6: RIGHT OF ENTRY:

The Chief of Police, or his or her designee, has the power to, and shall inspect any licensed establishment, licensed veterans' establishment, licensed truck stop establishment, or licensed fraternal establishment within the corporate limits of the City, at such times and intervals as he or she may deem necessary for the proper enforcement of this Chapter.
