A. It shall be unlawful to operate any video gaming terminal in any licensed establishment, licensed veterans' establishment, licensed truck stop establishment, or licensed fraternal establishment within the corporate limits of the City, without having first obtained a video gaming terminal permit signed by the Mayor of the City of Taylorville.
B. Each video gaming terminal shall require a separate permit.
C. No permit issued pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter shall be transferable or assignable. (Ord. 3613, 3-18-2013)
