A. Video gaming terminals are permitted within the corporate limits of the City only if licensed and registered by the Illinois gaming board under the Video Gaming Act and are located in a licensed establishment that has a current City of Taylorville Class A-1 liquor license, Class C-1 liquor license, Class D-1 liquor license, Class I-1 liquor license, Class J-1 liquor license, Class M liquor license, Class N liquor license, or a Class O liquor license.
B. The number of licensed video gaming terminals permitted to be operated in each licensed establishment, licensed fraternal establishment, licensed truck stop establishment, or licensed veterans' establishment is the number established by the Video Gaming Act.
