A. An applicant, operator or licensee shall permit representatives of the city's police department, fire department, health and building officer, zoning enforcing officer, or other city or city designated departments or agencies to inspect the premises of the adult use for the purpose of ensuring compliance with the provisions of this chapter at any time it is occupied or open for business.
B. A person who operates an adult use or his agent or employee violates this chapter if he/she refuses to permit such lawful inspection of the premises at any time it is occupied or open for business. (Ord. 3205, 11-15-2004)
