Any person violating any of the terms or provisions of this chapter shall be fined, upon conviction, an amount of not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. Each day upon which a violation occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense. A violation hereof may be established by a preponderance of the evidence. (Ord. 3124, 5-19-2003)
