A. Sunday Hours: It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or drive any scavenger vehicle or roll-off container vehicle on, through, or over any city streets, alleyways, roadways, or other public ways prior to twelve o'clock (12:00) noon on any Sunday.
B. Disposal Or Storage Restrictions: It shall be unlawful for any scavenger to dispose of or store any garbage within the city limits.
C. Parking Restrictions: It shall be unlawful for any person to park any scavenger vehicle or any roll-off container vehicle at any time within the city limits when such scavenger vehicle or roll-off container vehicle is not actually then being used and operated in the course of a scavenger business.
D. Limited Capacity Of Scavenger Vehicles: It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or operate or use any scavenger vehicle within the city that has a "packer capacity" (as that term is generally and customarily used in the scavenger business) for the collection of garbage, in excess of twenty five (25) cubic yards.
