3-11-5: SCHEDULE OF SCAVENGER RATES:
Each scavenger shall, at each time a scavenger license is issued to the scavenger and immediately following any rate change, file with the city clerk, a schedule of rates to be charged to the scavenger's customers. (Ord. 3124, 5-19-2003)
