3-11-2: SCAVENGER LICENSE REQUIRED:
It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in a scavenger business within the city over the city's streets, alleyways, roadways, or other public ways without first obtaining a scavenger license in the manner set forth in this chapter from the city. (Ord. 3124, 5-19-2003)
