3-10-4: NUISANCE CONDITIONS PROHIBITED:

It shall be unlawful for any person licensed hereunder to permit any premises used by him to become a nuisance by virtue of unhealthful conditions, piling of articles or lumber, fire hazards or any other dangerous condition. (1979 Code Ch. 14, Art. II, §5)
