3-4-7: INSPECTIONS:
It shall be the duty of the Chief of Police and the Fire Chief to see that every exhibition, amusement, theatrical or other public show or amusement is inspected by a member of the Police and Fire Department and to insure conformity with the provisions concerning such amusements. (1979 Code Ch. 12, Art. I, §6)
