3-4-5: CONDITIONS OF LICENSE:
   A.   Order; Crowding:
      1.   The audience of any amusement, show or theatrical must be orderly and quiet at all times, and it shall be unlawful for any person attending such amusement, show or theatrical to create a disturbance in the audience.
      2.   It shall be unlawful to permit or gather such a crowd to witness any such amusement of show as to create a dangerous condition because of fire or other risks. (1979 Code Ch. 12, Art. I, §5)
   B.   Indecent Activity: It shall be unlawful for any person to advertise, promote, sponsor or to show, present, exhibit, conduct or otherwise participate in the presentation of any obscene show, play, dance, motion picture, still picture or other electronic reproduction in any place of public accommodation or before any public assembly or in any forum where the public is invited within the limits of the City in violation of community standards for decency.
This provision shall not apply to activities not conducted for financial gain, profit or other commercial purpose if and to the extent such activities are restricted to personal associates. Further, this provision shall not apply to persons engaged in artistic, literary, scientific, educational or other activities possessing merits or justification of redeeming social importance.
The term "obscene" and the admissibility and interpretation of evidence of same shall have the same meaning, definition and rules as are set forth in chapter 38, section 11-20(b) and (c), Illinois Revised Statutes, which provisions are hereby incorporated herein and made a part hereof by reference as if fully set forth herein.    C.   Riots: It shall be unlawful to present any public amusement or show of any kind which tends to or is calculated to cause or promote any riot or disturbance. (1979 Code Ch. 12, Art. I, §9)
   D.   Smoking: It shall be unlawful to smoke or carry a lighted cigar, cigarette or pipe on or beneath the stage or in a dressing room of any building used as an assembly hall with seating accommodations for more than one hundred (100) persons or in which theatricals, shows, amusements, lectures or other entertainments are offered, presented, operated or exhibited. It shall be the duty of the owner of such premises or of the occupant in charge to provide and place printed signs on which the words "No Smoking" shall appear in letters at least four inches (4") high, in conspicuous places, at least two (2) signs being upon the stage or in the wings thereof and one in each dressing room.
