3-4-3: APPLICATION FOR LICENSE; FEE:
Applications for such licenses shall be made to the Clerk and shall comply with all of the general provisions of the ordinances relating to such application. 1 For such licenses there shall be a fee of twenty five dollars ($25.00) per day paid to the City Clerk. (1979 Code Ch. 12, Art. I, §2)
