3-4-1: APPLICATION OF PROVISIONS:
The provisions hereof, except as to licensing and fees, shall apply to all public shows, theatricals, circuses and other amusements in the City, whether specifically licensed in another article in this Chapter or not. (1979 Code Ch. 12, Art. I, §1)
