3-3-20: APPEALS:

Any appeal of any order or action of the Mayor as Local Liquor Control Commissioner pursuant to 235 ILCS 5/7-9 shall be limited to a review of the official record of the proceedings of such Local Liquor Control Commissioner. (Ord. 3397, 8-4-2008; amd. Ord. 3943, 2-18-2020)
