3-3-10: CLOSING HOURS:
   A.   It shall be unlawful for any person or licensee to sell or offer for sale at retail any alcoholic liquor between the hours of one minute after twelve o’clock (12:01) A.M. and six o’clock (6:00) A.M. on any weekday or Saturday except where the licensee has qualified for late closing by paying the requisite additional annual license fee of three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00) as set forth in Section 3-3-5 of this Chapter. Those licensees qualifying for late closing by paying the said requisite additional annual license fee of three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00) will be permitted to close at two o’clock (2:00) A.M. on Friday and Saturday nights and on the night before a legal holiday.
   B.   It shall be unlawful for any liquor license holder to sell or offer for sale at retail any alcoholic liquor at any time on Sunday except from twelve o’clock (12:00) noon to twelve o’clock (12:00) midnight with the exception of those liquor licensee holders who have qualified for late closing on Saturday nights by paying the requisite additional license fee of three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00) set forth in Section 3-3-5 of this Chapter; and with the further exception of those liquor license holders who have paid the requisite total Sunday license fee of three hundred dollars ($300.00) as set forth in Section 3-3-5 of this Chapter that permits them to sell or offer to sell at retail any alcoholic liquor at any time on Sunday from six o’clock a.m. (6:00 a.m.) to twelve o’clock (12:00) midnight.
   C.   It shall be unlawful to keep open for business or to admit any person except the proprietor and employees thereof to any premises where alcoholic liquor is sold at retail during the hours when such sales are prohibited; except, that restaurants, clubs and retail grocery stores may be open at such hours, but no alcoholic liquor may be sold during such hours.
