3-3-2: LICENSE AND COMPLIANCE REQUIRED:

It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale at retail in the City any alcoholic liquor without having a proper retail liquor dealer's license or to sell in violation of the terms of any such liquor license. (1979 Code §13-2; amd. Ord. 3943, 2-18-2020)
