§ 156.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   No person shall cause, permit, assist, encourage, or engage in any violation of any of the rules, regulations, or permits of the County and Municipal Planning and Zoning Commission, within the city, or any conditions of such permits.
   (B)   No person shall cause, permit, assist, encourage, or engage in the use of any land in the city, or the conduct of any activities thereon, in violation of any of the rules, regulations, or permits of the County and Municipal Planning and Zoning Commission, or any conditions of such permits.
   (C)   Any person who violates any terms or provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined no more than $500 or imprisonment as provided by law, for no more than 90 days, or any combination of such fine and imprisonment.
