§ 154.02 APPROVAL OF BUILDING INSPECTOR REQUIRED.
   Before any swimming pool, pond, lake, or dammed creek is filled with water to a depth exceeding one foot, the fence required by § 154.01 shall be approved by the Building Inspector and a certificate issued stating that the fence meets the requirements as provided for in § 154.01 or any other ordinance of the city.
