(A) Each swimming pool, pond, lake, or dammed creek located within the city limits where water accumulates to a depth greater than 12 inches shall be fenced in.
(B) The fence shall be at least 42 inches in height on all sides of the hazard.
(C) The fence required may be of stone, brick, wire, wood, or other suitable fencing material, but not shrubbery, trees, or hedges.
