§ 150.04 ELECTRICAL PERMITS.
   (A)   For the purpose of this section the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      (1)   "ELECTRICAL." The installation of wires and conduits for the purpose of transmitting electricity and the installation of fixtures and equipment in connection therewith.
      (2)   "ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR." Any individual, partnership, or corporation that engages in the business of or employs others for the construction, alteration, or repair of any electrical wiring used for the purpose of furnishing heat, light, or power.

   (B)   Before any permit is issued pursuant to law within the city for the alteration, construction, or repair of electrical wiring, and before approval of any inspection required within the city, the permit or approval certificate shall bear the name of the electrical contractor performing such work.    (C)   Fees. With each application for an electric permit from the city, the applicant shall cause a fee therefore to be paid to the City of Taylor Mill, in an amount identified in the schedule of fees, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
