§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of the state codes adopted in § 150.01 shall be subject to the following penalties:
      (1)   Violators of the State Building Code, the Uniform State Residential Code, or any directive or order issued pursuant thereto, shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for each offense. (KRS 198B.990 (1))
      (2)   Violators of the State Standards of Safety shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), imprisonment for not more than 60 days, or both, for each offense. (KRS 227.990 (1))
      (3)   Violators of the State Plumbing Code shall be, upon conviction, guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00), imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both, for each offense. (KRS 318.990).
   (B)   Whoever violates any other provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense.
   (C)   Any person who violates any other terms or provisions of §§ 150.15 - 150.18 shall be, upon conviction, guilty of a misdemeanor and fined for each offense no less than ten dollars ($10.00) or more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), or sentenced to imprisonment for no more than ninety (90) days, according to law, or any combination of sentences of fines and imprisonment.
