(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be, upon conviction, guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not more than $500.
(B) Any person who violates any of the terms or provisions of § 94.35 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined for each offense no less than ten ($10.00) dollars or more than five hundred ($500.00) dollars, or sentenced to imprisonment for no more than ninety (90) days, according to law, or any combination of such sentences of fines and imprisonment.
