(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(2) In the event any motor vehicle is parked on a snow emergency route, the Borough Council or borough police may remove the illegally positioned vehicle when Council or police determine such removal is necessary for the plowing of snow or for other lawful purpose. The cost of removing such vehicle shall be assessed against the person violating §§ 151.015 through 151.020.
(C) Any person or persons, firm, company, partnership or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 151.035 through 151.041 shall, upon conviction before the district magistrate, pay a fine of not more than $300 plus court cost for each offense, and the accrued cost of the borough for that prosecution. Each day that such separate violation shall continue or be carried on shall constitute an additional separate violation, for which the court may impose an additional fine and continuing fine until the dumpster, POD® or similar device is removed.
(D) Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of §§ 151.055 through 151.073 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $300; and in default of payment, to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days. Every day that a violation of §§ 151.055 through 151.073 continues shall constitute a separate offense.
