§ 151.040 ENFORCEMENT.

(A) A borough officer may enforce this chapter by either issuing a citation or removing the dumpster, POD® or similar device pursuant to the provisions of this subchapter or by invoking enforcement provisions.

(B) This subchapter shall be enforced by such persons who shall be so designated by the Borough Council.
