(a) Each such owner or operator of a vehicle who violates any provision of this chapter excluding Section 351.23 shall be subject to the fine schedule set forth below which shall be paid at the Tallmadge Police Department. If no payment is received within forty-five days following the offense, a citation to the Stow Municipal Court will be issued.
(1) If paid within seventy-two hours of the time the notice is attached to the vehicle: Twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
(2) If paid in excess of seventy-two hours but within thirty days of the time the notice is attached to the vehicle: Fifty dollars ($50.00).
(3) If paid in excess of thirty days of the time the notice is attached to the vehicle: One hundred dollars ($100.00).
(4) If the owner or operator violates this chapter four times within a calendar year, he shall pay the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for the fourth violation and each subsequent violation during the calendar year.
(b) Each such owner or operator of a vehicle who violates Section 351.23 shall be subject to the fine schedule set forth below which shall be paid at the Tallmadge Police Department. If no payment is received within forty-five days following the offense, a citation to the Stow Falls Municipal Court will be issued.
(1) If paid within seventy-two hours of the time the notice is attached to the vehicle: Fifty dollars ($50.00).
(2) If paid in excess of seventy-two hours but within thirty days of the time the notice is attached to the vehicle: Seventy-five dollars ($75.00).
(3) If paid in excess of thirty days of the time the notice is attached to the vehicle: One hundred dollars ($100.00).
(4) If the owner or operator violates this section three times within a ealendar year, he shall pay the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for the third violation and each subsequent violation during the calendar year.
