151.02 DUTIES.

(a) The Committee shall review and decide all requests for a veteran's name to be placed on the Veterans Memorial located on the Tallmadge Circle.

(b) The Committee shall have the responsibility to insure the proper maintenance and security of the Memorial including flags, poles, and holders.

(c) The Committee may also organize and execute or assist in organizing and executing various community events and functions that honor veterans.

(d) The Committee shall meet quarterly or as needed and shall be subject to Open Meeting requirements. (Ord. 73-2017. Passed 9-14-17.)
