The rates set forth in Sections 925.01 or 925.02 hereof shall be automatically increased or decreased in direct proportion or, at the discretion of the Service Director, in any lesser proportion to any increase or decrease in rate made by any governmental entity to the City or to the resident users within the City limits. Upon determination that a rate change is appropriate, the Director of Public Service shall notify Council, in writing, at least thirty days prior to the effective date of the change. (Ord. 111-2010.
