925.02 SERVICE CONNECTION TO SUMMIT COUNTY SANITARY SEWER - DISTRICT II.
   (a)   The service charge for any lot, parcel of land, dwelling unit, or business site situated within the City having any connection within the Summit County Sanitary Sewer District II, on a metered water system and discharging sewage, industrial wastes, water, or other liquids into the County sewer system shall be based upon the following schedule:

$105.00 for the first 2,000 cubic feet and .0511 for every additional cubic foot above 2,000 c.f.
Commercial
$120.00 for the first 2,000 cubic feet and .0570 for every additional cubic foot above 2,000 c.f.
Industrial
$135.00 for the first 2,000 cubic feet and .0654 for every additional cubic foot above 2,000 c.f.
 
   (b)   The service charge for any lot, parcel of land, dwelling unit, or business site situated within the City having any connection within the Summit County Sanitary Sewer District II, on a water consumption system which is not metered and discharging sewages, industrial wastes, water, or other liquids into the County sewer system shall be based upon the following schedule:

$79.59 per month
 
   (c)   The rates set forth in Section 925.02 shall become effective with Summit County Sanitary Sewer usage on January 1, 2011.
   (d)   For the purpose of this section, family unit is defined as one or more persons occupying a premises and living as a single housekeeping unit. A dwelling is any building or portion of a building designed for residential purposes, including one-family, two-family, and multiple dwellings. It is the intent of this section that each individual dwelling or family unit shall be subject to the minimum charge set forth in this section.
   (e)   Any Tallmadge service connections that flow to Summit County will be billed at the Tallmadge rate.
