There are hereby established within the limits of the municipality of Tallmadge, Ohio, the following wards for the election of Council Representatives, and as otherwise provided by the election laws of the State of Ohio.
(a) Ward One. Ward One shall contain all that territory bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection with the center line of West Avenue with the Akron-Tallmadge Corporation Line;
Thence northerly along said corporation line to its intersection with the Cuyahoga Falls Tallmadge Corporation Line;
Thence easterly along West Howe Road and the Cuyahoga Falls-Tallmadge Corporation line to its easterly terminus;
Thence northerly along the Cuyahoga Falls-Tallmadge Corporation Line to its northerly terminus at the intersection with the Munroe Falls-Tallmadge Corporation Line;
Thence easterly along the Munroe Falls-Tallmadge Corporation Line to North Avenue;
Thence northerly along North Avenue and the said Munroe Falls-Tallmadge Corporation Line to its northerly terminus;
Thence easterly and following the Munroe Falls-Tallmadge Corporation Line to its intersection with the center line of the Metro Regional Transit Authority Railroad right-of-way and formerly known as the Erie-Lackawana Railroad right- of-way;
Thence southwesterly along the center line of the Metro Regional Transit Authority Railroad right-of-way to the center line of East Avenue;
Thence westerly along the center line of East Avenue through the center of Tallmadge Circle to a point in the center line of West Avenue at its easterly terminus;
Thence westerly along the center line of West Avenue to the place of beginning.
(b) Ward Two. Ward Two shall contain all that territory bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the center line of the Metro Regional Transit Railroad right- of-way formerly known as the Erie-Lackawana Railroad right-of-way at its intersection with the center line of East Avenue and continuing northeasterly along said Metro Regional Transit Authority Railroad center line to a point where said center line intersects with the Corporation Line between Munroe Falls and Tallmadge;
Thence easterly along the corporation line between Munroe Falls and Tallmadge to North Munroe Road;
Thence northerly along the Munroe Falls-Tallmadge Corporation Line to its intersection with the Stow-Tallmadge Corporation Line;
Thence easterly along the Stow-Tallmadge Corporation Line to its easterly terminus at the Portage County Line;
Thence beginning in a southerly direction and following along the Tallmadge Corporation Line which is also the boundary line between Summit County and Portage County to a point where the center line of East Avenue intersects the said Summit County-Portage County boundary lines consisting of approximately 258 acres annexed in Ordinance 79-1994;
Thence westerly along the center line of East Avenue to its intersection with the center line of Maca Drive;
Thence southerly along the center line of Maca Drive to its intersection with the center line of Beechwood Drive;
Thence westerly along the center line of Beechwood Drive to its intersection with the center line of Dunbar Road;
Thence southerly along the center line of Dunbar Road to its intersection with the center line of Norton Drive;
Thence westerly along the center line of Norton Drive to its intersection with the centerline of South Munroe Road;
Thence northerly along the center line of South Munroe Road to its intersection with the center line of East Avenue;
Then westerly along the center line of East Avenue to its place of beginning.
(c) Ward Three. Ward Three shall contain all that territory bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is the intersection of the center line of East Avenue with the center line of Maca Drive and continuing easterly along the center line of East Avenue to the Tallmadge eastern corporation line which is also the boundary line between Summit County and Portage County;
Thence southerly along the Tallmadge eastern corporation line to its intersection with Glen Oak Drive;
Thence easterly along the Tallmadge corporation line to its intersection with the Interstate 76 right-of-way;
Thence southwesterly along the Tallmadge corporation line following the Interstate 76 right-of-way to a point where the Tallmadge eastern corporation line crosses Interstate 76 north of the Wheeling and Lake Erie Railroad right-of-way;
Thence continuing along the Tallmadge eastern corporation line to its southern limit;
Thence westerly along the Tallmadge southern corporation line to its westerly limit;
Thence northerly along the Tallmadge westerly corporation line to the center line of Newton Street;
Thence easterly along the center line of Newton Street to its intersection with the center line of Sunset View Boulevard;
Thence northerly along the center line of Sunset View Boulevard to its intersection with Coral Road;
Thence easterly along the center line of Coral Road to its intersection with Humble Road;
Thence northerly along the center line of Humble Road to its intersection with Byatt Road;
Thence easterly along the center line of Byatt Road to its intersection with Beachler Road;
Thence northerly along the center line of Beachler Road to its intersection with Eastwood Avenue;
Thence easterly along the center line of Eastwood Avenue to its intersection with the center line of Southeast Avenue and South Munroe Road;
Thence northerly along the center line of South Munroe Road to its intersection with the center line of Norton Drive;
Thence easterly along the center line of Norton Drive to its intersection with the center line of Dunbar Road;
Thence northerly along the center line of Dunbar Road to its intersection with the center line of Beechwood Drive;
Thence easterly along the center line of Beechwood Drive to its intersection with the center line of Maca Drive;
Thence northerly along the center line of Maca Drive to the place of beginning.
(d) Ward Four. Ward Four shall contain all that territory bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is the intersection of the center lines of South Munroe Road, Southeast Avenue and Eastwood Avenue and continuing westerly along the center line of Eastwood Avenue to its intersection with Beachler Road;
Thence southerly along the center line of Beachler Road to its intersection with the center line of Byatt Road;
Thence westerly along the center line of Byatt Road to its intersection with the center line of Humble Road;
Thence southerly along the center line of Humble Road to its intersection with the center line of Coral Road;
Thence westerly along the center line of Coral Road to its intersection with the center line of Sunset View Boulevard;
Thence southerly along the center line of Sunset Road to its intersection with the center line of Newton Street;
Thence westerly along the center line of Newton Street to its terminus at the intersection of the City of Akron Corporation Line;
Thence northerly and westerly following the Akron-Tallmadge Corporation Line to the Tallmadge western corporation limit which is also at this point the eastern limit of the City of Akron;
Thence northerly and westerly following the corporation line between Akron and Tallmadge to a point south of the Metro Regional Transit Authority Railroad right- of-way formerly known as the Erie Lackawana Railroad right-of-way and which point is the most westerly corporation line between Akron and Tallmadge Corporation;
Thence continuing northerly along the Akron-Tallmadge Corporation Line to its intersection with the center line of West Avenue;
Thence easterly along the center line of West Avenue through the center of Tallmadge Circle to a point where the center line of East Avenue intersects the Eastern line of Tallmadge Circle;
Thence easterly along the center line of East Avenue to its intersection with the center line of South Munroe Road;
Thence southerly along the center line of South Munroe Road to the place of beginning.
