(a) Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter except Section 905.09 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
(b) The imposition of one fine for any violation of this chapter shall not excuse the violation or let it continue and all such violations or defects shall be corrected or remedied within a reasonable time.
(c) When not otherwise specified, each day that such prohibited conditions are maintained shall constitute a separate offense.
