749.05 ISSUANCE OF LICENSE OR PERMIT FOR A MASSAGE ESTABLISHMENT.

The City shall issue a license for a massage establishment not exempted by Section 749.03 above, after ratification by the Director of Public Safety of the City, if all requirements for a massage establishment described in this chapter are met.
