No person shall drink, otherwise consume, or be in possession of an open container, of any intoxicating beverage, on any public street, sidewalk, alley, highway, municipal parking lot, park or playground within the city.
A twelve (12) hour use permit to be reviewed and approved by the chief of police may be issued to allow for consumption of alcoholic beverages at the Civic Center park and "A" Street park. (Ord. 694-02, 8-20-2002)
