6-16-3: EXEMPTIONS:
The provisions of this chapter do not apply to any roadways designated in the circulation element of the Taft general plan as of January 1, 2015, nor to any development project that has obtained as of the effective date hereof a vested right pursuant to state or local law. (Ord. 817-16, 6-21-2016)
