2-3-7: DEPOSIT REQUIRED:
Every applicant for a permit shall deposit the sum of fifty dollars ($50.00) cash to guarantee the performance of all the conditions of this Chapter and the regulations established pursuant thereto 1 . (Ord. 53 N.S., 2-18-1935)
