2-3-5: BUILDING INSPECTOR'S DUTIES:
The building inspector is hereby empowered and authorized to establish rules and regulations governing the moving of buildings, tanks and other structures upon the streets of the city when approved by the council. (Ord. 53 N.S., 2-18-1935)
