2-3-4: MOVING PERMIT:

It shall be unlawful to move any tank, building or structure upon the public streets of the city without first obtaining a moving permit and without first satisfying all requirements and regulations established by this chapter and the building inspector. (Ord. 53 N.S., 2-18-1935)
