2-2-4: DESIGNATION OF STREETS AND NUMBERS:
All numbers on buildings or houses facing streets running in a northerly direction, and lying North of Main Street, shall be designated as Number       North, and all numbers on buildings or houses facing streets running in a southerly direction and lying South of Main Street, shall be designated as Number        South. (Ord. 161, 10-6-1924)
