6-11-19: OFF SITE IMPROVEMENTS:

The city shall require, as a condition of approval, the dedication of improvements, such as rights of way, easements, and the construction of reasonable off site improvements when required by any city ordinance, resolution or standard in conjunction with the parcels being developed or created.
