6-9-13: TIME LIMIT FOR COMMENCEMENT OF USE PERMITS FOR SURFACE MINING OPERATIONS:
The time limit for commencing a surface mining operation that is permitted pursuant to this chapter shall occur within one year from the date of approval by the planning commission. (Ord. 768-08, 8-19-2008)
