The staff of the Development Agency are hereby authorized and directed to cause an official seal of the Development Agency to be prepared, and the secretary of the Development Agency is hereby authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of this Chapter to be filed with the office of the Secretary of State for the State of California, as well as to cause any and all other filings as are required by law to evidence the information and existence of the Development Agency.
