6-1-17: CHALLENGES TO CITY ACTIONS:
Any action or proceeding to attack, review, set aside or annul any decision of the City pursuant to this title shall not be maintained by any person unless the action or proceeding is commenced within ninety (90) calendar days after the date of the decision as provided in California Code of Civil Procedure section 1094.6.
