Pursuant to the provisions of California Government Code section 65100 and city ordinance 608, 3-1-1994, there is established a planning commission for the city.
(A) Composition: The planning commission shall consist of five (5) members who shall be appointed by the city council.
(B) Duties: The planning commission shall perform the duties and shall have all the rights, powers and privileges specified and provided by the ordinances and resolutions of the city and/or by state law. (Ord. 768-08, 8-19-2008)
