4-19-26: CARRIER COMPLIANCE REQUIRED:

Carrier shall, at its sole cost, comply with all the requirements of municipal, state, and federal authorities now in force, or which may hereafter be in force, governing the taxicab industry, including, but not limited to, laws governing independent contracting. (Ord. 710-04, 4-20-2004)
