4-19-15: RECEIPTS GIVEN UPON REQUEST:
It is unlawful for the driver of any taxicab, upon receiving full payment for a fare as indicated by the taximeter, to refuse to give a receipt upon the request of any passenger making such payment. (Ord. 710-04, 4-20-2004)
