4-11-1: SCOPE OF CHAPTER:

Any person operating, or seeking to operate, a cable communications system, also known as a community antenna television system (CATV) business within the City, the nature of which requires approval of the City Council of a franchise contract, shall be subject to all of the regulations contained herein or in any other applicable ordinances of the City.
