This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its adoption pursuant to section 36937(d), California Government Code as an ordinance relating to taxes for the usual and current expenses of the city.
Within fifteen (15) days following its adoption, the city clerk of the city shall cause this ordinance to be published once in its entirety in the "Daily Midway Driller", a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in the city, together with the names of council members voting for and against the same.
