4-2-2: REVENUE MEASURE:

This chapter is enacted solely to raise revenue for municipal purposes, and is not intended for regulation. However, prior to the issuance of a business license, the purpose, method and location of the business must conform to all laws, ordinances and regulations applicable thereto and as provided in section 4-2-8 of this chapter.
