3-8-3: ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT:

This chapter is exempt from the requirements of the California environmental quality act (CEQA) pursuant to section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA guidelines and is not a project which has the potential for causing a significant effect on the environment. (Ord. 821-16, 8-16-2016)
