Where a structure or project remains unfinished after the permit therefor has been revoked or canceled, the owner shall, within sixty (60) days after written notice by the building official, demolish and remove the same, or obtain a new permit and diligently pursue the work to completion according to its terms within one hundred eighty (180) days.
