Pursuant to the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California, being division 2 of title 7 (commencing with section 66410 of the Government Code), referred to herein as the Map Act, and in addition to any other regulations provided by law, the regulations of this Title shall apply to all subdivisions, parcel maps, divisions, and mergers of land within the limits of the City. The provisions of this title are supplemental to the provisions of the Map Act, and except as otherwise provided, all terms used herein which are defined in the Map Act shall have the same meaning as described in the Map Act, and as the Map Act may hereinafter be amended.
